  I recently was potentially unable to attend a movie that I had purchased online tickets for due to a situation beyond my control. Worrying that I may not receive a refund for missing the movie I called Landmark Kitchener. A worker named Yvonne answered the phone and asked that I come to theater when possible and they would sort out the matter either a full refund or passes for the next time. Fortunately I made it to the movie on time but was just amazed at the wonderful customer service. I have been to another theater brand and had the same issue their response was too bad and no refund. I will continue to support Landmark Kitchener because they do care about their customers and want the best experience for them.

  This theatre is a good venue but I'm one of those patrons that don't like reserved seating; I personally feel it diminishes the experience. My son, visiting from Hong Kong was quite taken aback at this new format and didn't like the idea either. The seating is comfortable, there's a reasonable selection of confectionery​, service is good and it's at a convenient location.
