  To the lady working the drive thru on Tuesday June 13th around 1:30 you are nothing but a miserable person. My father received some upsetting news and was very shaken and a little slow, we stopped into Harvey's quick to grab something to eat before our trip home. My father dropped the money and she rolled her eyes and exhaled at him, he kept saying sorry she couldn't smile or anything. Of course she then tries to hand him two straws with one drink and she was basically shoves it in his hand. Ends up asking us to pull forward for the chicken - we didn't order chicken, when I asked what her name was she laughed at me. Too bad she didn't bring out our food but another employee did, thanks for the terrible service Candice. Lesson learned you don't know what kind of day someone is having so getting annoyed because an old gentleman can't grab a straw from you is not customer service.
