  Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Went in to get a bacon poutine and specifically asked for it on the side as compared to all other Harvey's the amount is a joke. Got back to my work opened up container and it was barely anything. Called and spoke to the manager who made me feel he would comp the next meal only to arrive and be told he would only give me some bacon free and still charge me for meal. What a joke will be taking this to head office. Avoid at all costs if you value your money and meal.

  Worst location period. I decided to try their bacon poutine and was disgusted at how little bacon there was in it. Why charge customers for something and then put so little in it you can barely taste it. Seems like this location is nickel and diming their customers and providing horrible service. Wait times are also ridiculous through drive thru.

  But the tall blonde girl working at cashing have so much of attitude......Gives signs to employees garnishing of not allowing customers to have more topping.....And also keeps staring at customers eating But the food and other employees are awesome....Especially the chubby young garnishing boy
