overall the service was awesome. The waitress did everything she could to help us. Unfortunately the kitchen was super slow. Friday night and waited for 1 hour 15 min for food. Manager up + hid from the wait staff because it was so slow. Arrived at 6:45 pm. She gave us free soup after 45 minutes of waiting. (thank goodness, we were starving) I realize it's busy, but staff appropriately because you know between 5:30 - 7:00 people are coming for dinner.

It's just like every other Swiss Chalet that's out there. My wife and I dined in and had a great experience and delicious food. Our server was very friendly and promptly refilled our water.
