  The food was good and hot but the restaurant was a mess. The trash cans were over flowing with garbage and topped with dirty trays. There were no lids for the drinks or any napkins. Spoke to the guy at the counter he said that we were busy. Told him it was a mess last time too.

  You get what you pay for here. Poor service with a smile and kids making your food. No one cares about quality anymore. Hamburgers that have mayo all over the tops of the buns, hamburgers that look like they are thrown together. simple orders missing stuff like sauce or a straw. If you are going to charger for sauce you better make sure its in the bag Wendy's. Just makes me feel like no one cares about quality of service anymore!

  We loved our experience at this Wendy's. From the start of the drive thru to the end, nothing but smiles. When we got to the end of the drive thru, they put on a fireworks show. We parked the car and ate burgers off our hood. Nothing says Kitchener like hood burgers. Give these guys a raise! #hoodburgers

  Wow! Worst service I have ever experienced. Went to this location and when I went to order they told me "we are too understaffed and cannot serve you". The person in front of me paid and got food, so I am baffled at the service and apparent lack of care for customers and making a buck so they can hire more staff. I am disappointed and would not recommend going to this location to anyone.

  On April 13th 8:15pm my daughter and her friends finished Kungfu class and stopped by for Junior Ham burger and fries. 6 kids in total and 2 adults. ALL kids including my daughter and 1 adult who are the Ham burger got food poisoning. My daughter throwing up all night with a fever and other kids and the adult. Could not go to church for Good Friday. I called and the manager was nice before we attempted to call Waterloo Region Health board. He offered us a full complete meal but the fear of getting sick again was there. We went for treatment of food poisoning was the issue. I called to give updates to my daughter's health and the manager was rude and said "it is not her problem that they get this kind of calls all the time and needed to know my actual order" I called back later at night and another Manager first refused to help as she said she is going home and I have to call back and Hung up. Says to talk to senior manager. We are taking complaints to the Regional Health board as this place definitely needs to be shut down. Message me directly to sign the prepared petition to close this Wendys and have them investigated for food handling.
