  We recently made wine here and had a wonderful experience! I have made wine at 2 other locations and this was by far the best! The owner is very helpful and informative. Our wine was fine tuned to taste exactly how we like it. I will be back to make more wine in the future and would recommend this store to everyone! Thanks for the superb customer service!

  We have been very pleased with every batch of wine over the past 5 years. We made 3 different types for our daughter's wedding and everyone enjoyed them. Miro is very friendly, professional and keeps his operation very clean. Personally we enjoy the reds and have tried several 4 week and a few 6 week batches. My personal favorite is the 6 week Malbec.   100% quality product and service! I just picked up a batch of my 6 week Chardonnay, and have been thoroughly enjoying it. The product is always of the finest quality, and I prefer to use the higher end wine kits. The service at Vinomiro is outstanding, and the facility immaculate. Miro is always so accommodating with my schedule. He has a perfect understanding of the conditions and process required to consistently produce great quality wine. I will be returning again and again for many years to come.

  5 stars plus!! If you have ever made your own wine from scratch you know that the product quality can vary from excellent (if you do everything just right) to "not fit for the sewer" (if you do not rack the must when the wine needs it instead of when your schedule permits it!). After an episode of the latter happened many years ago when we lived in Ottawa, it took many years/attempts to find a good wine maker to manage the process for us. After finding Defalco's in Ottawa we only received high quality wines, like VQA prize winning wines, consistently for many years (The only bad bottle was one we did not sterilize properly before filling it! And none of their wine ever tasted "amateurish" if aged before drinking.) We continued to use their facility while we tried one facility after another after we moved to Waterloo....until we tried VinoMiro. Since going there we have received nothing but top quality wines from Miroslav - just like the VQA like wines from DeFalco's. Just leave the process to him, not your schedule....and don't water it down to get 30 full bottles from a batch! On top of this he is very personable - and knowledgeable about his "art".
