  Went to this store today at 4:53 pm and the open sign was on. . I asked a couple as they were walking away from the door if they were open as they looked disappointed , the couple said" nope they won't allow us in" I checked my phone and it was 4:54pm. I was astounded that the employees of this store would turn away loyal and paying customers before the posted time to close ! I have to wonder what the actual owner would say after losing at least 3 sales/customers today? I will not return, as there are many stores in Kitchener that value their customers.
