  Quality ingredients make a quality pizza. I had a medium pepperoni pizza from Pepi's and it was fairly delicious. The pizza was a bit pricey compared to competitors but the taste made up the difference. The only issue is actually keeping the condiments on the pizza as the cheese kept slipping off the bread, taking all the toppings with it. If the competition can keep their toppings on their pizza, then so can Pepi's!

  Called in to order 2 large pizzas from the Water St. Location. Asked to pick it up in an hour and the time was confirmed. When in to pick it up it was not ready and we had to wait 15 minutes. When we got home, the pizza received was incorrect. I called in to inform the incorrect order I was told that my party members had to wait on eating because Pepi's would "exchange the desired pizza with the incorrect one." Now we had to wait over an hour for the pizza we originally ordered. Half of the guests couldn't eat and the other half I was sorry for - because frankly the pizza was not good. Service - 0/5 Pizza -1/5 only because pizza is always at least pizza. I wonder how many community events Pepi's had to sponsor to get voted as "best Pizza in Kitchener." I don't enjoy giving bad reviews because I'm big on small businesses but the service was so poor that I was compelled to do so.

  Ordered from Pepi's since I was a little kid. Needless to say it has really gone down hill. Rude workers that don't know how to take proper orders and when you call to tell them what they did wrong they say it's your fault. For 25+ years my family ordered from Pepi's, never again - not no more. It's truly sad to see the company so many people once loved go to hell because of workers that don't know what they're doing from order taking to pizza making.
