  It's small and gets busy but the staff are great and the ice cream is delicious. My niece and nephew love coming here.

  Again we are beyond disappointed. We called ahead to ensure the flavours we like were available. The girl on the phone just said yes and hung up. When we arrived they in fact were not available and the gentlemen said they had been out since 2 hours before we arrived. The girl behind the counter also made a mistake in my order and when I pointed it out she rolled her eyes sighed and said "so you want me to start all over." I understand this business is hard to predict which is why we called ahead however the staff didn't care enough to go look at the icecream and check.

  Last two times we visited they were out of a lot of options for both mix ins and ice cream. Really frustrating when you wait in line for 30 minutes to not recieve what you went in for. Staff are lovely but there is never enough of them. Store is always filthy but we never stay to eat... Would recommend going inside before you wait in line and waste your time.
