  Good food, but the service is horrible. Girl typed the same thing twice on the til but then asked me again what I wanted, told her to just look at the screen and she's like oh okay. But then charged me for 3 of the same burger while I only ordered 1? Then the girl that was doing my toppings would nod and look at you for you to tell her more. Then she puts one on and asks you again what you wanted but doesn't actually puts it on till you say all your toppings again.... Horrible service.

  Absolutely the worst Harveys in town. Ordered from here frequently and I am sick of how terrible their food is from this location. Stale chicken fingers(could barely bite into them) fries half filled. Most awful customer service. I called to speak with the supervisor her name is Angele and she was terrible. Basically argued with me to say that I was lying and sorry there was nothing she could do. In fact she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, kept talking over me. She said the best she could do was pass my number on to store manager but not to expect anything. I've worked in food before and I can tell you that's not the best she could have done. For almost $40 worth of fast food, we could have gone to a restaurant. Most terrible food and service at this location. Save yourself some time and go to another location. Not worth the hassle and the rude staff.

  Quiet and courteous staffs. Burger was just right for double angus. Braised beef poutine was the loser of the dinner, it was braised with ketchup, and it's something that don't appeal with...AH! Don't blame them. Blame the headquarter. They came with that idea. Nestea Ice Tea drink are in need to be reworked, it don't taste like real lemon iced tea. Marissa was friendly staff who took my family's orders with ease. Services was done quickly and smoothly from beginning to the end. As ex- service manager of a restaurant in downtown of Toronto, I rated this as very good place to dine with family for a good price. We do indeed felt like having hamburgers today, and it was worth it. Thank you, Marissa!
