- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Slow as ever. 2 customers in store with 5 employees and it still took 12 minutes to service us. All we wanted was 2 blizzards, same as the guy in front of us. It's the same thing every time, a hand full of teenagers who can't get anything done in a reasonable amount of time. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Young man working by the name of Ethan is an asset. Customer service it seems is a lost art but Ethan was a natural! I by all accounts have avoided this franchise due to young staff with poor management guiding them. I don't blame the students I do pass the blame onto the owners/management ... staff are only ass good as their leaders. Good job Ethan!By Brenda F, April 21, 2017
