  Absolutely disgusting place, the kitchen staff here blantantly uses their phones in their gloved hands WHILE TOUCHING AND MAKING YOUR FOOD. Took pictures as I was so sicked and was offered ZERO apology and was asked what I wanted them to do about it. After going through 4 people I was finally given a refund but no one ever said anything was wrong with this staff doing such. Completely disgusting experience, would recommend not going there or at least keeping an eye on the kitchen area while your food is being prepared.

  It's been a few years since we've visited this specific location and the service has definitely changed. I ordered a strawberry cheesequake blizzard and a milk shake. Both came in the wrong cups. The blizzard was not blended well at all. The top half was cheese and strawberries and bottom half was all ice cream. As for the milk shake, it wasn't very thick and was kind of on the watery side. The staff isn't friendly and the establishment was not very clean. I think when you purchase a franchise, you need to live up to the name of that franchise. The quality and service should be the same for all franchises of the same chain. I think some people buy into a franchise and think they can provide whatever service they feel like providing. This is why you should review or even contact the head office of the specific franchise and give a feedback.

  Attempted to order a cake online for pickup at this location. Wanted to pick it up right at opening at 11am, or shortly after at least, so I got there 10:55am. The employees didn't even get there until 10:58am, 2 minutes before opening. As a result they didn't have a single thing going (i.e. ice cream machine) for the rush that came. They were saying "well we don't open for another 5 minutes but we'll let you in" even though it's already past 11am. Everyone was waiting to be served while they started everything. I have worked fast food myself, and we would always be there to open at least half an hour before so that we could serve right at opening time. In addition, my cake wasn't kept in the back with my name on it, it was in the front store refrigerator without any indication that it was mine, so any customer could have easily took it for themselves. Then on top of that, the design on the top of the cake looked like a 2 year old just plopped red icing in random spots.

  The young lady who served us was extremely pleasant and kind. The restaurant itself is in dire need of maintenance; broken/missing signs, filthy (gross in fact). Our food tasted good!
